Let's investigate the second one, using some recorded streams to sample the time between two "hubs" - basically measuring how long one run takes. Stream from Jerma Stream Archive Start: roughly ~13:00, end - ~36:00, first run took 23 minutes. Roughly 6 minutes spent in the hub Second run started at ~42:00, ended at ~1:11:00, taking 29 minutes Spent roughly 5 minutes in the hub third run started at ~1:16:00, ended at ~1:37:00, taking 21 minutes Stream from Northernlion First run started roughly at ~3:00, ended at ~31:00, taking 28 minutes 4 minutes spent in the hub Second run started at ~ 35:00, ended at ~57:00, taking 22 minutes. Spent ~3 minutes in the hub Third run started at ~1:00:00, ended at ~1:19:00, taking 19 minutes. Stream from Bruce Greene First run starts from the cut, so we don't include it. Second run started at ~18:00, ended at ~47:00, taking 29 minutes Spent 6 minutes in the hub Third run starts at ~53:00, ended at 1:42:00, took more than 50 minutes, clearly an outlier. Our small sample averages out to ~24 minutes, time in a hub averages out to ~5 minutes, plus some time to write a review. So, this gives us ~27-32 minutes between windows to encounter an NPC in that hub, which, supposedly, affects the reviews.
